How to Change a Habit

I’m currently reading a book called “The Power of Habit” by Charles Duhigg. It looks at the neuroscience of habit formation and change, and is really quite fascinating. Of course, there is much more to it than the diagram below, but I think this flowchart can be quite helpful in trying to change a habit. You can click on the image to enlarge.How-to-Change-a-Habit
